Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the u2aiportal.com website and of the U2 AI Portal software supplied by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.S. By visiting the site or using the product you accept them. Where a signed licence or service agreement exists between us and an institution, that agreement prevails over these terms for the modules and the period it covers. Users who reach the product through an institution are additionally bound by that institution's own rules of use.

2. What the product is, and what it is not

U2 AI Portal is a software platform. It is not a chamber, a commodity exchange, a public authority, a certification body, a broker or a trading party. It does not issue capacity reports, domestic goods certificates or any other official document, it does not approve, certify or endorse any application, and it is not an approval authority. Capacity reports are drawn up by the member's own chamber under Law No. 5174 and the related TOBB regulations, and take effect on TOBB approval. Domestic goods certificates are issued by chambers of commerce and industry and by commodity exchanges under the Ministry of Industry and Technology communiqué on the Domestic Goods Certificate., through the official systems those bodies operate. The document module prepares, checks, completes and tracks an application dossier so that it reaches the competent body in full; the decision belongs to that body alone. We hold no authorisation, accreditation, representation, integration right or partnership from TOBB, from any chamber, commodity exchange, technology development zone management company or public institution, and nothing on this site should be read as implying one.

3. Matching results and decision responsibility

Tech Connect produces a ranked list of candidate suppliers against a stated need, together with the reasons each candidate surfaced. It does not guarantee that a supplier will be found, that a need will be met, or that any listed candidate is suitable, solvent or capable. Scores and rankings are decision support only; they do not produce an automated decision and they do not replace the user's own evaluation, due diligence and contracting process. The final selection of a counterparty, and every commercial consequence of that selection, belong to the user institution.

4. Marketplace and intermediary service provider status

In Trade Connect, U2 AI Portal acts as an intermediary service provider within the meaning of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. Listings belong to the organisations that post them, and those organisations are the sellers; product description, condition, use history, supporting documents, price, delivery and after sales are their responsibility. We are not a buyer, seller, broker or agent in transactions between users, we are not a party to any contract formed between them, and we do not hold, own or ship goods. Inclusion in search results, directories or recommendations is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Registration and notification obligations under electronic commerce legislation, including ETBIS, and any sector specific authorisation regime such as the one applying to second hand motor vehicles, are the responsibility of the institution operating the marketplace and of the seller; the product provides the record, evidence and reporting fields that support compliance without assuming it.

5. Accounts, user content and declarations

The platform is designed for transactions between institutions, and accounts are opened for organisations acting in a commercial or professional capacity. Users are responsible for the accuracy of everything they enter: profile data, capability descriptions, listings, uploaded documents and the declarations attached to them. Claims of domestic status rest on the Domestic Goods Certificate and claims of technopark presence rest on a document from the zone management company; the platform carries and displays these declarations and their documents, and does not verify, certify or vouch for them. Accounts, listings and profiles that carry false, misleading or unlawful content may be suspended or removed, and access credentials may not be shared.

6. Personal data and confidentiality

Where an institution operates U2 AI Portal, that institution is the data controller and we process personal data on its behalf, under a written data processing agreement, within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Member records, listings, application dossiers, call recordings and voice data remain inside the institution's own tenant. We do not pool one customer's data with another's and we do not use it to train models serving other customers. Call recording, notice, legal basis and retention periods are configured by the controlling institution. For visitors to this website, the separate privacy notice on this site applies.

7. Intellectual property

The U2 AI Portal software, its interfaces, source code, documentation, and the U2 AI Portal and U2 AI Studio names and logos belong to U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.S. and may not be copied, decompiled, resold or used to build a competing product. Data entered by an institution and its members remains theirs and can be exported in open formats. Third party names, brands and logos appearing on this site belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Interface visuals on this site are illustrative and are not screenshots of a specific customer installation.

8. Availability, liability, changes and governing law

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation, and planned maintenance, third party infrastructure failures and force majeure may cause interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from the content, conduct or solvency of another user, from a decision taken on the basis of a matching result, or from an application outcome decided by a competent body. Service level and liability terms in a signed agreement prevail over this article. We may change these terms; the current version and its date are published on this page. Turkish law applies, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
